You love...

  • working directly with clients to help them refine their ideas and get clarity on their product
  • gathering user research, running focus groups and analysing the results to find key insights
  • creating user personas, user journey maps and wireframes that show the bigger picture
  • designing, refining, documenting and maintaining internal processes to always do things better
  • interacting with delivery and technical teams to share key insights on best practices and new approaches

You are not...

  • afraid to make your voice heard and express your ideas
  • someone who prefers email over video meetings and phone calls
  • of the belief that you know all there is to know and you have nothing to learn
  • someone who waits for others to take the initiative
  • content merely with work that is ‘good enough’

You have...

  • a permanent right to work in the UK
  • strong experience as a UX designer for technology companies
  • strong experience in working directly with clients to refine their ideas
  • strong experience in analysing data to draw user-focused decisions
  • good knowledge of data visualisation techniques and tools
  • familiarity with generating and refining process documentation
  • strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations
  • previously worked as a UX designer, researcher or similar role
