Non-Disclosure Agreement

What is an NDA?

A non-disclosure agreement is a legally enforceable contract that creates a confidential relationship between a person who holds some kind of trade secret and a person to whom the secret will be disclosed.

The type of information covered by an NDA is virtually unlimited; in fact, pretty much all knowledge exchanged between you and us can be considered confidential.

Why do I need an NDA?

Whilst you are covered to a certain degree by law, having an extra level of protection against third parties divulging your sensitive information given in confidence is generally as good idea. An NDA provides this protection.

How long does this agreement last?

Our NDAs remain in force for 3 years from the termination of the agreement. This is a standard term for an agreement of this sort and gives you the protection for a sufficient amount of time.

What am I agreeing to?

You’re not really agreeing to anything, we are. Basically, the NDA is us agreeing not to use anything you tell us for any purpose other than seeing if we can help you with your idea or not.

What happens if we don't work together?

Your ideas will be covered for a period of 3 years even if we don’t end up working together. We will not disclose any of your information to anyone else and will keep all information you’ve shared safe and secure.
